I have been going to Dr. Okafor for the past year and I couldn't be happier with the care I have received. I had another visit with Dr. Okafor today. She and her staff are all very personable and professional. The office is clean and everyone is welcoming and easy to talk to. My experience was great to say I got two extractions in the same day. My wisdom teeth was a problem and the Doctor was very gentle. My first visit at Pampered Smiles Dentistry was yesterday and all I can say is wow… from the moment I arrived I was greeted by a friendly face at the front desk. After that the lovely hygienist that took all of my exam pictures was just as friendly and welcoming down to the lovely dentist Dr.Kelechi. My exam was very thorough and informative. I’m a person who is very hesitant about going to the dentist however all of the staff here made my appointment exceptionally pleasant. Kudos to the staff you have yourself a lifetime patient.

Gabby , the dental assistant, and Doctor K were all amazing ! They were very thorough and Dr. K explained each step of the way what was going on with my X-rays and what treatment options I had . She was also very friendly and gentle which is a plus for me . This was my first time here and I was so afraid to try a new dentist , but I love it here and I will be back although it is more than an hour from my house ! Oh yeah, Gabby called my insurance company to give me the exact cost of my out of pocket expenses and they were on point with what she quoted me.

Loved my experiences at pampered smiles! My teeth look and feel amazing! The atmosphere is always so welcoming and warm. I’ve had my 6 month check ups, sealants, and 2 types of teeth whitening (kit and in house whitening) and they turned out beautiful! I have pretty white teeth but they were able to lift them further and it was exactly what I was looking for.

I’ve been to many dentists and I’ve found my forever dentist! In the middle of a dental procedure I snuck off to Pampered and fell in love! Not only was the place super clean and chic, the Dentist is knowledgeable. My experience has been 10/10. I’ve had a crown, fillings, cleaning, and started my Invisalign journey with them. I had my first visit today. I had researched several practices, contacted several of them & asked many questions. I felt comfortable with Pampered Smiles Dentistry after looking online & then talking by phone before my appointment was made. At my appointment, Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly & focused on providing me with great care. The office was very clean & equipment & procedures were impressive. Dr. Kelechi diagnosed some problems that will be taken care of at my next appointment. She also pointed out other issues previous dentists did not address, & she discussed options. I feel very comfortable with her assessment & confident about upcoming treatment. I am happy with the exam, cleaning, & x-rays today. I also was happy to see they have some money saving plans that will be very helpful in 2025 when this year’s insurance is no longer available. I loved all the perks( heated eye massage, heated face cloth, music, and TV) while I received my examination and fillings. ' I also loved the technology! I could view my teeth in 3D on the TV screen, viewing the problem areas and the desired results for specific treatments. Dr. O took her time and explained everything to me; she was very thorough with her examination. I learned more about my mouth in a lifetime just meeting with her. They use advanced technology. The hospitality was top tier. I felt like I was in a spa and not a dentist office, that can cause anxiety for some.
